Designed by M. Prosper Ttrel for installation at the Paris Exposition Universelle. The Panorama was designed to encompass all four seasons this offering includes three of the four seasons, with duplicate spacer panels between. Printed by Socit anonyme des Anciens tablissements Desfoss Karth, fabricant, diteur, Issy-les-Moulineaux, 1898/1899

Visions dExposition 1900, Lart thatral Paris mentions designer Ttrel as one of several key designers whose focus on the fair came from all four corners of the intellectual horizon of Paris. Specific citing this wallpaper, p. 112.

Prosper Ttrel received US Patent 11,602 and 11,613 for carpet designs for the Bigelow Rug Company, Clinton, Massachusetts as early as 1879.
