The pear-shaped body potted with six lobed sides rising from a splayed foot to a flared petal mouth rim, covered overall with a lustrous pale bluish-green glaze suffused with irregular dark iron crackle, the unglazed foot ring revealing the dark brown body.
Height: 8 inches (20.5 cm).
Provenance: From the collection of Captain Edward Pearce, Annapolis, Maryland, purchased in 1957 with receipt.
